"Heavy was created to promote self-love and body positivity on a global spectrum. Often, the body positive movement is misunderstood. Heavy goes against diet culture and unrealistic body standards. This Club is not anti-weight loss, but pro 'my body, my business'. I created this brand to redefine the image of a 'healthy body' while letting people know to be more kind as not everyone’s struggles are known. As a full-figured, fairly athletic woman, I want to create a non-judgmental space for everyone as we all embark on our own personal health journey."
