What is HVYFitness?
HVYFitness is a brand dedicated to people who have felt anything less than included on all ends of the spectrum. Whether you’ve been told you’re too slim, too big, too muscular, not muscular at all, or even “too thick” (as if there’s such thing). At the end of the day you EXIST.
To be HEAVY = to EXIST
HVYFitness shows up in terms of representation when other brands do not, refuse to, or are on inclusive when monetarily convenient. This world constantly says you have to look or be a certain way to be validated. HVYFitness encourages you to be yourself and not seek validation from the robots of the world. You are worthy of existing within your own means and by your own rules. HVYFitness wants you to feel good as you navigate this world. The last thing you should have to worry about on your journey is whether people will accept you for being your authentic self.
Is HVYFitness gender neutral?
All HEAVY apparel can be worn by any and everybody. We welcome all genders, gender neutral and gender non-conforming individuals. At the moment, our fitness collections are for women and women identifying, but we do intend on branching out to include men’s fitness apparel soon. Men can wear whatever they want (as can women) but all items in our Member’s Lounge is specifically unisex.
Are items true to size?
Our Fitness gear is true to size (see the ‘Size Chart’ link in the description of each item). Most of our Members Loungewear have a looser fit for comfort. Order your size in Members Lounge. If you want that extra cozy fit, size up once. Visit our size chart for more info. Still uncertain? Email us, we got you with a recommendation and size references.
Are the white leggings see-through?
Our cotton tights are a thick, soft, light material. However, when wearing any white item (be it a dress, pants, etc.) you must wear the appropriate color under garments. If you choose to wear undergarments with the cotton tights, we recommend keeping it all black.
How do I know which size will fit me?
Kindly refer to our general Size Chart and the size chart in each item description.

ABOUT YOUR ORDER
What payments are accepted?
HvyFitness accepts most forms of payment. When you reach checkout, you will be able to see what forms of payment we accept.
HvyFitness is also partnered with Affirm, Quadpay (now Zip), and ShopPay. Make four (4) biweekly payments on your purchase. Buy Now, Pay Later. No interest, no late fees. Just a more responsible and convenient way to say yes to buying something you love. Select Affirm, Quadpay(Zip), or ShopPay as an alternative payment at checkout. When will my order ship?
Please refer to our Shipping Policy. Always remember, if we can get it out sooner, we definitely will.
Does HvyFitness accept returns and/or exchanges?
Order cancellations and order adjustments?
You will have 24-hours after you place your order to email us if you want to cancel or make any changes. We can't guarantee that we will see your cancellation or adjustments before your order is sent out but we'll do our best. Our team will try to catch any cancellations or adjustments emails before any order is prepared or processed. You will be notified that the changes have been made as long as we are notified within 24-hours.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Always double check that your shipping address is correct. Refer to the above regarding cancellations and order adjustments. Email us as soon as you notice the error, and we'll give it our best shot.
I have not received my order (or order confirmation), what should I do?
First, refer to our Shipping Policy. If the time frame that we stated has passed, shoot us an email for a status update so that we can see what’s the hold up. We will try our best to answer all emails promptly but please give us 24-hours to get back to you. If you have not received an email with your order confirmation after 24-hours, please contact us at hvyfitness@gmail.com.
Temporary COVID-19 update: For health and safety reasons, we have a small and limited staff. We will process all orders and returns as quickly as possible, but there may be delays as a result.
I am an international customer, do I have to pay custom and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges. Unfortunately, this will not be covered or reimbursed by HVYFitness.The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Lost or stolen packages:
As stated above, double check your address! Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your item is stolen or lost in the delivery process or once it has been delivered, file a report with your shipping carrier. We will also make it a point to contact the shipping centers if we can.
