PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Please note, some items on the HVYFitness website are available for pre-order.

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date upon order confirmation. This is a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out unless the collection is discontinued.

Note: Each order will have its own specific shipping date. Orders can take can take 3-5 business days to prepare for shipping which can take an additional 7 business days. However, our goal is to get your items to you as soon as possible.

 

FREE SHIPPING

United States Members can enjoy free shipping on purchases of $100 or more! *At this point, free shipping can not be combined with other discount codes.

International Members enjoy free shipping on purchases of $250 or more!

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide the wrong address, HvyFitness will be not be responsible for any compensations. PLEASE double check your address as we want to make sure everyone receives their packages with no shipping issues.

TRACKING

When your order is available for shipping, you will be notified via-email with a tracking number for your item(s). The tracking will be through USPS, and you can access your information by visiting USPS. 

HvyFitness is not responsible for delayed, misdelivered or lost orders. The best way to find out what may be holding up an order after it’s been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier directly.
